In a rush?
We have two rush options for people who need their jewelry in a hurry! We offer Priority or Express shipping, both which will get your order shipped the next business day (or sooner). Find out the details.
Each item is packaged in a white organza bag, ready for gift giving. We also offer an optional gift tin with gift note, that you can purchase during checkout. We ship your order in a yellow puffy envelope, or a flat rate envelope if you have selected Priority or Express mail. We do not include pricing information in our packages.

Tracking your order/Order Status
You can check your order status or get your tracking information by:
- Signing into your account and selecting "My Account" at the top of the screen
- Select "View Order Status" or "Completed Orders"
- Select "View Order Details" on the order you are inquiring about
- Scroll down to see your tracking number
- You can copy and paste this tracking number into your Google search bar and the tracking information will be pulled up, or you can go directaly to USPS.com and paste the tracking number there
You have up to 24 hours to change personalization on your jewelry, or to cancel your order completely. If you need to make a change or cancel after that time, there is a $20 service fee. Changes on non-personalized items can be made up until your order is assembled and packaged to ship. For RUSH orders, if you catch us before we make your charm, you can change the personalization on your order or cancel your order...otherwise there is a $20 service fee.
Returns and exchanges
We offer free lifetime repair (excluding chains) on your Heart On Your Wrist jewelry. If a stone, charm or bead ever breaks or comes loose, we will repair or replace it at no charge. If you have a repair request, please send us an email for instructions. We can also re-size bracelets or chains, just contact us.
Chains: we will replace a broken chain if it was defective and not excessively pulled on, within six months of purchase. Because normal wear and tear and occasional accidental pulls can eventually weaken a chain, we cannot replace broken chains after six months of purchase date.
