Customer satisfaction is very, very important to me. If I'm not making folks happy out there, I'm not doing a very good job.

The jewelry that I make is hand-stamped, meaning there is no machine used to construct any of my designs. For this reason, I hope you can see on the various product pages that the letters stamped onto the jewelry are not perfectly straight or perfectly spaced. This is actually part of its charm! The jewelry is not machine-engraved, and for this reason you will know that your piece is truly unique to you.

I do my best to make each piece something that I would proudly wear. If it is not up to my own high standards, I will re-stamp it until it is. If for any reason you are unhappy with your final piece, send me an email and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I truly enjoy making something that others will cherish so if you're not happy, I'm not happy.

If there is something you are looking for that you don't see, or you would like something special made or just want a different length chain than is offered on the site, just let me know. Chances are, I'm thinking about the same thing and will be happy to know that someone out there is interested.
