Q. Can you include a birth date or other text on the back of the charm?
A. I can put a birthdate on the back of the Thai Tiny Circles, because of their thickness. The other charms do not allow stamping on the back since it leaves a slight indentation on the back of the charm. But you can have it included on the face of most charms (assuming it will fit).

Q. Can you rush my order?
A. Yes, please see my shipping page for more information.

Q. Can I add a charm to a necklace if I have another baby?
A. Yes, you can order another charm and then add it to the necklace yourself. If you have a charm bracelet, you can order another charm and I will send you a postage-paid envelope to return your jewelry to add the new charm. The "charms only" option and pricing will be available on the site soon. Until then, simply send me an email with your additional charm request. If you have ordered previously, I will honor the "additional charm price", which is usally $15-20 per charm.

Q. Are the letters on the charms blackened?
A. Yes, the letters are hand-tarnished (unless otherwise stated) and the charms are then hand-polished.

Q. How do I care for and keep my jewelry clean?
A. Please see the Jewelry Care page.

Q. Can you include a gift card?
A. Yes I can. My gift cards say "A Gift For You From..." and then I will include the buyer's name. I generally try to include this if the recipient's address is different than the buyer's. But to be sure it is included, please specify you would like a gift card. If a gift box is selected, I will include a gift card if the shipping address is different than the buyer's. I do not include a packing slip that shows the amount paid.

Q. Can I get a different length chain than is offered?
A. I cut a lot of my chains myself and therefore can probably accommodate another length. Just send me an email and I willl e-mail you back any possible change in pricing.

Q. What different symbols/accents do you have to choose from?
A. Symbols/accents to choose from are: sun, moon, star, heart, squiggle, squiggle-dot, wave, flower, paw, baby feet, boy stick figure, girl stick figure, small solid heart, cross, awareness ribbon (see photo). These accents are available on almost any charm sold, as long as they fit with the text.

Q. What fonts are available?
A. The font you see on the samples is the font I use. I use block letters (all capitals), and have two sizes. I use the smallest letters on everything I make unless there is a request for the larger font, or, if I am making a saying necklace and want to focus on a word or two. The Inspiration Bracelet is stamped with the larger font.

Q. What are my best choices if I have more than three children?
A. You can have up to four charms on the signature heart necklace, the thai tiny circles necklace, or four names on the oval love necklace. You can have up to five names on the oval sincerity necklace. You can choose a necklace with multiple charms like the small circles necklace , circles of affection, thai circles of affection or rectangle warmth. You could also simply wear a stardust birthstone necklace with multiple birthstone beads. The beads are dainty and look great in multiples. Charm bracelets can also accommodate many names, and they're fun to wear.

Q. What if my name(s) don't fit on the charm I want?
A. For up to seven characters, take a look at the circles necklace (16mm size), signature heart necklace, oval love necklace, circles of affection, or thai circles of affection.
For up to eight characters, take a look at happy heart, larger (16mm) circles, oval sincerity, or square life. For up to nine characters, see oval warmth or rectangle warmth.
For up to ten characters, see military tag necklace or tiny heart letters. I can even fit a birth date on one of the tiny heart letters (see the photo on the tiny heart letters bracelet page with a wedding date on it).
