Your Happiness Guaranteed!  We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on everything, even our personalized jewelry.  It’s almost impossible to find a company that will take back items that have been personalized, so why do we do it? 

  • Because we work really hard to make something you love - it is important to each and every one of us here in the studio and we spend a lot of time on each order to make sure you will love it. 
  • We understand how hard it is to buy something online, especially when it is something that you give a lot of thought to and has special meaning.  
  • 99% of the folks that buy from us are thrilled with their jewelry and become loyal customers.
  • We want to offer you the best service possible – really!
In the unlikely event you are not thrilled with your jewelry when it arrives, we will take care of you.  We will try to find something else for you that you will love, or, provide you with a return authorization number so you can return your item.  Send the unworn item back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund minus any shipping charges (we will deduct $3 for any orders that were shipped with free shipping).  We’ll treat you the way we like to be treated, and hope that we can earn your business another time.
Shipping Information

U.S. Orders:  

  • FREE SHIPPING -   Ships within 1 week via First Class mail. Teacher and Grad gifts are shipping next business day with free shipping.
     
  • Priority handling ($9.95) - Orders are hand-crafted and shipped next business day via Priority mail (2-3 days delivery).
  • Express handling ($19.95) - Orders are hand-crafted and shipped next business day via Express mail (typically next day, but 2 days to some rural places)

Our studio is in Northern California so packages will generally arrive faster to the Western part of the U.S.

Need something to give right now? No problem. Order now, and print out our gift announcement for them to open right away. Or, choose a gift certificate to print out, and let them choose what they like best!

International Orders:

  • International orders are shipped within one week of order receipt and are shipped via Global Priority Mail:
    Canada orders: $18, other international destinations: $22
  • Express mail is not offered internationally
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders to arrive after shipping from our studio.  Because international shipping and customs are so unpredictable, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. 
  • Heart On Your Wrist is not responsible for any customs-related taxes, duties or fees.
Tracking Your Order Check your order status or track your package by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Account’, select "View" and then see tracking in "Status History".

Packaging Each order is shipped in a white organza gift bag and comes with a polishing pad to keep your jewelry tarnish-free.  An optional gift tin and gift card can be included as well.
Order Changes & Cancellations You have up to 24 hours to change personalization on your jewelry, or to cancel your order completely.  If you need to make a change or cancel after that time, there is a $20 service fee.  Changes on non-personalized items can be made up until your order is packaged to ship.  For RUSH orders, if you catch us before we make your charm, you can change the personalization on your order or cancel your order...otherwise there is a $20 service fee.
Privacy Policy & Security Heart On Your Wrist does not share, sell or trade any customer information with any 3rd party.  We also work hard to ensure your security.  Learn more.
Sales Tax We collect sales tax for shipments delivered in California. These purchases are taxed at a rate of 8.50%.
Repairs/Re-sizing Free lifetime repair (excluding chains).  If a stone, charm or bead ever breaks, we will repair or replace at no charge.  If you have a repair request, please send us an email for instructions.  We can also re-size bracelets or chains, just contact us.  Chains: we will replace a broken chain if it was defective and not excessively pulled on, within six months of purchase. Because normal wear and tear and occasional accidental pulls can eventually weaken a chain, we cannot replace broken chains after six months of purchase date. 
Gift Certificates To purchase gift certificates, go to our Gift Certificate Page.  You can either purchase a Gift Cert Card that will go out via USPS mail the next business day, or, you can opt for an emailable Gift Cert.  See FAQ's on how to use our emailable Gift Certificates.

Warning - Keep jewelry from small children As with all jewelry and small items, this jewelry should be kept out of reach of children as the small pieces may possibly detach and pose a choking hazard.
