Shipping
Orders take two weeks to process, make and ship. Shipping is $6.50 per order and orders are sent via Priority mail, which typically takes 1-4 days to arrive.

Rush orders - this option is temporarily disabled
Rush orders are filled and shipped in two days are and are shipped via Express Mail, which typically takes 1-2 days to arrive. This option is $10.00 to be put at the top of the queue, and $16.50 for Express Mail for a total of $26.50.

Package Tracking
The US Postal service does not provide tracking information for Priority mail packages at this time. You will receive a shipment email from me when the package is sent, but the status of the package is not updated by the USPS until delivery. Express mail packages are tracked and the status of the package can be seen during shipment.

Gift Info
If the recipient's address is different than the buyer's address, I will automatically include a gift card that says "A Gift For You From..." and I will write in the buyer's name. I will do this whether or not you select a gift box. I do not include a packing slip that shows the amount paid.

Payment
Upon checkout, you will be given the option to pay through Paypal or to use any credit card through this SSL SECURE PAYMENT website.

Sales Tax
I am required to collect sales tax for shipments delivered in California. These purchases are taxed at a rate of 8.25%.

International Orders
Canadian orders can be placed via this web site. Shipments to other international destinations are available - please contact me at: info@heartonyourwrist.com for more information.
