These next set of photos are our new Custom Handprint and Footprint Charms!  I was amazed to discover that I can use scans of hand or foot prints from hospital prints or just from homemade prints on white paper.  It is so gratifying to see these when they are done and to see how the detail of the prints gets transferred to the charms.  Shown here are our fine silver charms with hand stamped names curved under the feet.

I've done a few of these for people who have multiple children.

I have also done these from hospital prints for parents who have lost their babies.  Those are a little hard to make, simply because I know the parents have so little to remember their children by.  But it feels good to know I am helping to solidify that little token onto something permanent for them.  So I always say a little blessing while working on those.

These pedants are a little bit of work.  :)  It's all good - don't me wrong! But there are a lot of steps that you have to follow closely to get the best end result.  My favorite part is hand polishing these - that is when I get to see the final result and see all the work come to fruition.

And we can makes these from prints of any of your family members.
