The front of our sterling silver military dog tag is personalized with your loved one's custom handwriting, artwork or signature. Add a personal message to the back of this charm for a truly one-of-a-kind gift.
This charm is brushed to a matte finish. Military dog tag comes on a sterling silver ball chain, an 18" braided leather cord or a sterling silver key ring.
Just provide us with an image of the handwriting or signature you want to use, our artists will do the rest!

- Optional hand stamped personalization or additional handwriting is available on the back of this charm
- Please note: if necessary, we may move words to make them fit nicely on the tag, but the actual handwriting will not change
