This birthstone necklace is one of a kind - each little heart birthstone charm is hand-made in our studio in California. Wear one heart with your favorite color stone or wear many hearts with the birthstones of each of your loved ones. These charms measure 3/8" across and are made of fine silver. Charms hang on a sterling silver chain of your choice.
